SERVICES

Work that goes to the root, not just the branch.

Most mental health support focuses on managing symptoms. What I offer is different. We work at the level of pattern, looking at where your relational habits come from and what it takes to change them.

WHO I WORK WITH

You might be in the right place if

  • You say yes when you mean no and resent it later

  • You feel anxious when things are going well, waiting for the other shoe

  • You struggle to ask for what you need without feeling like a burden

  • You've done therapy before but feel ready for something deeper

  • You're exhausted in a way that rest doesn't seem to fix

  • You function well externally and feel hollow or exhausted internally

  • You've achieved a lot and feel surprisingly empty about it

  • You're tired of the same story ending the same way

How I can help

CORE OFFERING

Individual & Couples Therapy

Focused therapy for people working on relational patterns, identity, and attachment. Sessions are 50 minutes and held weekly or biweekly depending on what works for you.

We work at whatever pace your nervous system allows. The work unfolds according to what you bring into the room and what emerges between us as trust builds.

I draw on Emotionally Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Internal Family Systems, and psychodynamic approaches. I am strengths-based and trauma-informed as a baseline.

SPECIALTY

Relational Burnout

Burnout is not just a workplace problem. It is what happens when a person gives everything, in relationships, in family, in work, without a sustainable way to return to themselves. The exhaustion becomes chronic. The resentment builds the sense of self quietly erodes.

Relational burnout sits at the intersection of attachment patterns and chronic self-abandonment. It is not fixed by rest alone because the patterns that drove you there will drive you back unless something fundamental changes.

This work looks at what underneath the depletion: the need to be needed, the difficulty receiving, the learned belief that your value depends on what you give. And it builds something more sustainable in its place.
